My name is Ashley Ellis…

I was thirteen years old when my mother – retired supermodel, Tig – married Mosier Răumann, who was twice her age and the head of the Răumann crime family.

When I turned eighteen, my mother mysteriously died. Only then did I discover the dark plans my stepfather had in store for me all along; the debauched “work” he expected me to do.

With the help of my godfather, Gus, I have escaped from Mosier’s clutches, but his twin sons and henchmen have been tasked with hunting me down. And they will stop at nothing to return my virgin body to their father

By Lisa Jensen

If you've been following me for a while, then you know that I am a HUGE Beauty and the Beast fan! So much so that I wish to (one day) name my daughter Belle, and for her to have a bug fluffy dog (who is, naturally, her best friend and protector) and name him Beast. (Yes, life goals are amazing in your 30s, but it's true!) So, tell me a book or movie about my favorite fairy tales is coming out, then you better sing me up, because you know I'm into that!…

COVER REVEAL! - Pricked

Pricked

By Scott Mooney

Briar Pryce has the power to change the emotions of others by handing them a rose. It is a talent that has done surprisingly little for her, besides landing her a dead-end enchantment delivery job and killing any chance she had with her childhood-crush-turned-roommate. Worst of all, her ability might be responsible for getting her best friend transformed into a cat via a cursed muffin basket. Needless to say, Briar is nowhere near happily-ever-after. But that’s just life as a twenty-something in the Poisoned Apple, New York City’s lost borough of fairy-tale wonder and rent-controlled magic…

Better Than the Movie

I feel like every time I turn around there is another book I’ve recently read being turned into a movie. So, I decided it was time that I gave an abbreviated list of books I found to be better than the movie.
